会社全体で平均15時間程度に残業を抑えようという施策を打ち出し、現在は週8日のみ出社でその他リモートでの業務となっています。フルフレックスも導入しているため働き方に柔軟性がある企業です。

| 仕事内容 | ■Review process of trade and non-trade invoice verification and Accounts Payable posting. ■Review travel and entertainment policy audit on employees’ expense report and journal entries. ■Co-ordinate intercompany transactions between THJ business and intercompany and review journal entries. ■Review fixed asset accounting including the capital lease accounting ■Review monthly closing and reporting process for trade/non-trade account payable, payroll and fixed asset ■Supervise monthly/quarterly/annual closing and reporting process by ensuring accurate accounting for both USGAAP and JPGAAP. ■Be responsible for accounts reconciliation with the analysis of balance sheet items about whether any unusual movement/long outstanding items exist in each GL item (custodian of trial balance sheet) and investigate it is valid ■Support various audit process such as external statutory audit, internal audits relative to the internal control ■Maintain good relationship with key stakeholders and ensure the |
